WORK HISTORY:
Arc. Bosede has been rendering services in Architecture for 17 years with vast experience in administering Professional Services, Construction, and Real Estate Development. She started her professional training/career during her National Youth Service with Ondo State Housing Corporation where she participated in the design and construction of Royal Bird Hotel, Ijapo Estate, Akure, Ondo State. Re-locating thereafter to the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja. she worked as Resident Architect with CREATION CONSULT LIMITED, (an Architectural Firm) for 7 years, before joining MASTERS BUILDER NIGERIA LIMITED (an Architectural firm) & FIRST GREAT HOPES NIGERIA LIMITED (a Construction firm) from 2008 – 2013. In 2013, she set up Design & Dwell, Associates, an Architectural and Real Estate development firm where she is the Managing Partner to date. With more than 10 years of experience in practice, she has been involved in notable projects as highlighted below; Construction of 2000 Housing Units, Suncity Estate, Galadima Abuja. Design and Construction of Vitoz Lounge and Restaurant, Bwari, FCT, Abuja. Design and Construction of a Block of 6nos. 3 bedrooms flats for FIIRO Oshodi. INVOLVEMENT IN THE INSTITUTE’S ACTIVITIES Arc. Bosede is a member of the NIA Abuja Chapter Executives and has served the Chapter in various capacities such as Social Secretary, 2010-2014, Sub-Committee Chairman Admissions, 2014 – 2016, Treasurer, 2016-2020, and as Social Secretary, Female Architects of Nigeria (FAN) 2017 Till Date. She has also attended and contributed to several Architectural events both at the local, national, and international levels. Some of these events include Architects Colloquium, West African Architecture Festival (WAAF), Archibuilt Expositions, Construction Expo Las Vegas, Lagos Architects Forum (LAF), AGMs, BGMs, and Female Architects of Nigeria (FAN) Meetings, etc. Arc Bosede is the First Director of Archibuilt Exposition under Archibuilt Development Services Limited (ADSL), from 2013 – 2015. Part of her contributions to the Institute and the promotion of the Architectural family include sourcing of funds and numerous sponsorship for many Architecture programs. FURTHER CAREER PURSUITS Arc Bosede is the INITIATOR OF WOOD EXPO NIGERIA targeted towards providing solutions in the WOOD SECTOR in Nigeria.
